Vaccine Booking Update: M6E, M6K, M6H, M6N

Published on May 2, 2021

Starting May 3 at 8:00 am, the provincial booking portal will be open to residents 18+ in Davenport's M6E, M6K, M6N and M6H postal codes (and all priority postal codes province wide).

In addition, priority populations who have been only able to book via the provincial call centre will now also be able to book online, including individuals with the highest risk health conditions, child care workers in licenced child care settings and education workers who provide direct support to students with special education needs.

You can access the provincial booking site using the link below:

Beginning Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. the following groups throughout the province will be eligible to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment, through the provincial online booking system and call centre:

  • Individuals turning 50 and over in 2021;
  • Individuals with high-risk health conditions;
  • People who cannot work from home who fall under Group One (including remaining elementary and secondary school workers); and
  • First Nations, Inuit and Métis individuals in addition to the other channels previously available to book their appointment.

Last Thursday, the province announced the following updates to the eligibility schedule:

  • Week of May 3: Ontario adults over the age of 50; adults age 18 and up in hot-spot communities; those with health conditions deemed "high risk"; and some people who cannot work from home.
  • Week of May 10: Ontario adults over the age of 40; those with health conditions deemed "at risk"; and more individuals who cannot work from home.
  • Week of May 17: Ontario adults over the age of 30.
  • Week of May 24: Ontario adults over the age of 18.

The groups listed above will be able to book using the province's call centre and booking portal once they become eligible.

While this expanded booking eligibility is good news for our community, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your appointment as demand remains very high. While our local health care teams work hard to vaccinate people as quickly as possible, I continue to advocate for more vaccines to allocated our hot-spot neighbourhoods.

Thanks and keep up the good work of protecting yourselves and others,
